You are not alone!
All human beings are “born free and equal”. This principle should be the most normal thing in the world, but the reality for many people in Germany is different. They are racially discriminated against, insulted and marginalised – whether at work, at school or when looking for accommodation – structural racism is deeply rooted in our society and manifests itself in many different ways. These are not isolated incidents, as numerous studies and specialist articles have shown, but above all the growing number of voices of people affected by racism are making the extent of racism in this country visible.
